Active Duty military members who are stationed aboard Camp Pendleton pay only $10 for race registration. Active Duty military members who are not stationed aboard Camp Pendleton are eligible for a $5 discount on race registration.
On race morning, all Active Duty will need to show a valid military ID to pick up their race numbers.

PRE-RACE RULES AND REGULATIONS
- Minimum participant age is 13 for 10K and 9 for 5K.
- Absolutely no headphones/ear buds allowed
- Service and working dogs only
- Event held rain or shine (unless deemed unsafe)
- Pendleton Races has the right to modify the course if necessary for safety or base training exercises
- If event is cancelled, you will have the option of transferring your entry to another 2019 event (excluding the Marine Corps Mud Run®)
- Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable
- All competitors must be off the course by 10:00am
RACE DAY DIRECTIONS
A current driver’s license, registration, and proof of insurance is required for vehicles entering the base. Passengers over the age of 18 must have current photo ID. Allow 20 min from the base gate to the race site. When aboard the base, please follow all posted speed limits.
From Interstate 5, take the Las Pulgas exit. Continue towards the Las Pulgas gate.
Have your registration, proof of insurance, and photo ID ready for the guard at the gate. From the gate, veer right and then follow the “RACE EVENT” signs along Las Pulgas Road for 3 miles then left on Basilone Rd. Camp Horno is another ten minute drive north on Basilone.

If registering on race day, please arrive early. Credit cards only.
RACE RESULTS, AWARDS & PHOTOS
Results will be posted and updated throughout the event on site.
An awards ceremony for top 3 overall male and female for each course will take place at approximately 9:30am.
Division awards must be picked up the morning of the race – awards for top 3 in each division will be available for pick-up after 9:30am.
If you are unable to pick up your award, please contact the race office at (760) 725-RACE within a week arrange for your medal to be mailed ($10 fee). The last date to request a medal to be mailed will be Nov 30, 2018.
Final results and photos will be posted online the Friday following the event.
