Q: What time can I set up/reserve my space for the concert?
A: You can set up/ reserve your space any time after 5pm when the gates open. Any items setup before then will be removed from area.  

Q: Can I bring outside food or drink?
A: Patrons are welcome to bring their own coolers and snacks, however food and beverage is available for purchase.

Q: Where can I park?
A: Street parking is available throughout the area and at North Terrace School.

Q: Where can I sit?
A: Please bring lawn chairs, blankets, no canopies or umbrellas are permitted inside the venue area.

Q: Will there be restrooms available?
A: Restrooms will be available within the venue area for your use.

Q: Will there be kids activities available?
A: Yes, rides and activities include (subject to change): Photo Booth Balloon Artist, Face Painting Cartoonist, Kids Crafts, Petting Zoo, Swing Ride, Bumper Cars, Elephant Aviation Ride, Ferris Wheel, Tubs of Fun.

Q: What items are not permitted? 
A: Grills, glass bottles, pop-up tents and large umbrellas.  

Q: Can I bring my pet(s)?
A: Only service dogs are permitted.

Q: Where do I go if I lose my child?
A: Please educate your children to go to the customer service booth if they get lost.

Q: Is there a designated Smoking Area?
A: Smoking is not permitted inside the venue area.
