Family Member Employment Assistance Program (FMEAP) at Camp Pendleton provides employment assistance, skill based education, training and other career development opportunities to military spouses and family members, in addition to:

• Career Fairs
• Military Spouse Virtual Assistance Program
• Career Advancement Accounts
• Career Fair and Education Expo Application
A FMEAP Employment Consultant Specialist can assist military spouses and family members in the following areas:
1. Career planning and management
2. Employment options through career development & assessment testing
3. Identifying potential employers
4. Effective networking techniques to seek out job opportunities
5. Writing powerful resumes and job search documents
6. Effective Q & A during interviews
7. Salary negotiation tactics and effective job offer valuation
8. Helpful job resources once securing adequate employment
9. Employment coaching
10. Educational resources
