Our mission at Counseling Services is to provide a variety of support services designed for active duty service members and their families with personal and family concerns. We hope to assist in creating and maintaining healthy relationships and life skills through counseling, advocacy and educational services.
Services include:
Screenings and Referrals: Walk-in screenings and referrals for mental health related programs and services are provided by licensed counselors and are available to all active duty personnel and family members.
General Counseling: Counseling is available to individuals and couples with priority given to active duty. We also provide referrals to the TriWest system or Military OneSource at the request of the client.
Family Advocacy Program (FAP): Counseling Services provides an array of services to assist Active Duty service members and their families cope with personal and family concerns. Domestic Violence can be destructive to the family and can affect unit readiness. We encourage families to seek help at the earliest signs of abuse and violence.
Call 725-9051 for more information. Victim Advocacy: If you or someone you know is or has been a victim of domestic abuse or sexual assault, victim advocates are here to offer their support services. They are available to advocate for your rights and needs, inform you of your reporting options, assist you in staying safe and offer continued support. They are also available to accompany you to meetings with the process of law enforcement, medical and legal.

Mission: To provide a thorough and responsive substance abuse program aboard Camp Pendleton for prevention, education and treatment of substance abuse and to provide commanders with effective programs to establish an environment free of substance abuse.
Prevention: Drugs and alcohol abuse presents a large and mounting concern for military leaders. CSACC is there to assist and provide an active campaign to help educate military personnel and their family members on the dangers of illegal drugs and alcohol abuse, as well as the personal and professional consequences of their actions while under the influence of alcohol.
CounselorTreatment: CSACC offers outpatient programs free to all military personnel and family members located at building 16105. A residential program for dependency is available at the Naval Hospital building H-49. CSACC provides the following programs and services during normal business hours (0700 – 1630) Monday thru Friday
Screening/Assessments Drug Demand Reduction: Provides prevention/education to all commands.
Alcohol Impact: A two-day course. Inspector/Instructor (I&I): Provides training and support to all commands.
Outpatient Treatment (OP): Marine Alcohol Awareness Course (MAAC): A one-day course.
Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOP): Marine Drug Awareness Course (MDAC): A one-day course
AA Meeting on base: Building 16105 every Wednesday 1800 – 2030 Building H-49 every Monday 1930 – 2100 Building H-49 every Friday 1500
