TRICARE's Extended Care Health Option (ECHO)
This program provides financial assistance for active duty family members enrolled in EFMP with specific qualifying physical or mental conditions. It offers an integrated set of services and supplies that supplement the basic TRICARE program options-
TRICARE Prime (including TRICARE Prime Remote for Active Duty Family Members),
TRICARE Standard or
TRICARE Extra.

Military I.D. Card for Adult Children
Military dependant children may be eligible for a lifetime I. D. card after age 21 due to pre-existing medical conditions. The child must be incapable of self-support. Contact HQMC, Manpower and Reserve Affairs, MMSR-6 for the eligibility criteria and application form DD 137-5 at (800) 784-9310/9529.
