Caseworkers can assist your family with special education questions and concerns. We offer parent workshops and individual consultations to provide parents with the training and information needed to better understand special education guidelines, policies and procedures.
Please contact an EFMP office to sign up for a parent training and to meet with a caseworker.

NCCSE- North Coastal Consortium for Special Education
The NCCSE coordinates special education programs and special education student placements for students from birth through age 21. It is responsible for monitoring compliance with state and federal mandates, developing policy, procedures and guidelines and provides staff development activities.

RSS- RESOLUTIONS FOR STUDENT SUCCESS
A free, effective problem-solving process for resolving school conflicts in a manner that respects the dignity of individuals while creating mutually satisfying solutions. The RSS Mediation Team process assists in responding to resolve differences and concerns about special education by using neutral intervention and support to families and educators in San Diego County.
