TRICARE's Extended Care Health Option (ECHO)

ECHO is a TRICARE program that provides additional financial assistance for active duty family members enrolled in EFMP wiith specific qualifying physical or mental conditions.  It offers an integrated set of services and supplies that supplement the basic TRICARE program options.  For more information, contact your EFMP Caseworker or TriWest ECHO at (866) 876-2384 or the ECHO Information and Referral Line at (866) 212-0442.   (ECHO Brochure PDF 260K)

Hope Infant Program

Ages 0-3

Project Pendleton 360

A new opportunity is available for military families raising a child with a developmental disability, including Asperger's.  Project Pendleton seeks to empower and strengthen each family's ability to assist their child with a developmental disability.  This process includes:

  • Futures Planning
  • PATH (Planning alternative Tomorrows with Hope)
  • Collaborative community resource mapping
  • User-friendly access to information and services in a one-stop model
  • Specifically targeting needs not currently being met

Children’s Care Connection (C3) Ages 0-5

C3 is a free program offered by Children’s Hospital & Health Center to identify and treat developmental and behavioral concerns in children.
