Combat Fitness Training

Are you looking for training and technique for the inception of the new Combat Fitness Test (CFT)? New Fitness Facility Information

33 Area Fitness Center - Our new 33 Area Fitness Center opened in Summer 2009!  Loaded with the latest in conditioning equipment and gear with a functional training room!  The new location is adjacent to the 33 Area PX, Bldg. 330362, Phone: 760-725-8737.

53 Area Fitness Center - Our current 53 Area Fitness Center has moved to its temporary location at the 53 Area Gym location, bldg 53528, Phone: 760-725-7075.  A new center is in the works and is scheduled to break ground soon!  Look for our new center to open in the next couple of years with state-of-the-art equipment and a functional training room.

Sports Jams

2010 Sports Jam Series continues on Fri, 09 April at the Paige Fieldhouse for The Midnight Sports Jam as part of an Alcohol Free Weekend.  Racquetball, Table Tennis, Dodge Ball, Volleyball, Basketball & Zumba!  FREE to all authorized patrons aboard the base.  For more information call 760-763-3794/0657.

2010 Bench Press Pendleton Series

U.S. Armed Forces Pankration Championship

MCCS Semper Fit hosted the 5th Annual U.S. Armed Forces Pankration Championship was conducted by SoCal Pankration, on Armed Forces Day in May.
