Certified financial specialists in personal financial management at Camp Pendleton are available for group or individual counseling sessions. Counselors are here to help with financial concerns. All services are free of charge with no selling or endorsement of any products.  Services are available to all active duty personnel, their family members, retirees, civil service and contractors.
