RESERVATION POLICY

Camping/Misc. Equipment are rented on a first-come first-serve basis.

*These items require payment at the time of reservation.

**The patron is responsible for the amount of propane used at the prevailing price.

Party Eqipment/Trailers may be reserved in person with the proper AFID card. Reservations may be taken up to 30 calendar days and can be paid for anytime up to 3 full days prior to the reserved date. Nonpayment will be considered cancellation of reservation.

*Please Note: No U.S. government property will be released to any person not able to present a valid AFID card and that it's the responsibility of the patron to load and unload equipment rented. Dependent children must be 18 years of age.
