Overview:
Human Performance and Resiliency programs and resources assist Force Fitness Instructors (FFI) and other active duty personnel, and/or their unit to physically prepare for combat conditioning and readiness requirements at Camp Pendleton. This includes unit specialized combat training classes, along with health and wellness. The Force Fitness Symposium meets quarterly: Feb 24, Apr 7, Aug 11, Nov 17.
