Overview:
The Hard Corps Race Series offers numerous competitive races and family fitness events throughout the year explicitly for Camp Pendleton Active Duty, their Dependents, Retirees, and other authorized base patrons. Many family events are free and all races are extremely affordable as they are offered with a minimal registration fee. Events include Dog Walks, Trail Runs, multiple Holiday Themed Walks and Runs, water sports, and a virtual run celebrating the Marine Corps Birthday.
Each event also offers the opportunity for Marines and Sailors to volunteer and raise money for their Unit and Family Readiness Funds and receive a Letter of Appreciation.

Marine Corps Mud Run
Are you ready to get muddy?
The 2022 version of the Marine Corps Mud Run features a 6K trail run with multiple military-themed obstacle and fitness stations, a new venue location, and plenty of mud!
Distance: 6K
Access the Marine Corps Mud Run website for complete run info, participant limitations, and to register. This run also features a virtual option!

Water Warrior Cove Swim
Grab your suit and join us for a summer swim challenge in the harbor of Del Mar Beach Resort with a start/finish at Kid’s Cove. Choose your distance and conquer the course of your choice!

Amphibious Assault Kayak Challenge
Grab your water attire and join us for a summer kayak challenge in the harbor of Del Mar Beach Resort with a start/finish at Pebble Beach. Kayaks, paddles, and safety gear are all provided. Prizes for top 3 fastest times in each category.
